GMF AeroAsia Investigation Room

An investigation process through MEDA (Maintenance Error Decision Aid) will be performed toward the incidence of maintenance error in GMF which aiming to determine the contributing factor and make recommendations so that similar incidents will not occur. This investigation process requires the expertise of investigators to dig up information from informants and will need a quiet comfortable atmosphere so that the informant can smoothly reveal the chronology of events.

To support this process, a representative room specifically dedicated for the investigation is built. The investigation room owned by GMF AeroAsia has been given facilities such as tables, chairs, LCD Monitor, Air Conditioning and other ornaments in order to create a comfortable atmosphere for the informant and the investigator so that the investigation can be proceed smoothly and well.
