The simulation is intended to train the readiness of employee and ERP team in dealing with emergency situations in PT GMF. This activity is focused in Tect Cell areas. Before conducting on-site simulation, the employees performed on-desk simulation in Jakarta Room on June 11, 2014. This on-desk simulation is intended to meet the compliance against ERP manual, testing the implementation of the manual, and emergency incident response preparedness. While the on-site simulation is aimed to determine the readiness of all elements in GMF AeroAsia in dealing with emergencies and as an evaluation material for future improvement.
