SMAR

SMAR is a media for any SAG to coordinate activities related to safety, SMAR also be a tool of control by TQ to monitor each SAG activity to fit predetermined targets at SAG Workshop.

Activities undertaken by:

• Organized monthly meeting with all SAG Secretary.
• Monitor follow up of previous SMR decision.
• Monitor follow up IOR.
• Monitor achievement of follow up SAG Activity plan.
• Encourage SAG to make HIRAM if there are significant change in their organization.

By always consistently doing SMAR it will get the results:

• Coordination between Each SAG is much better.
• Follow up of previous SMR has been done entirely.
• IOR Target has been achieved and no overdue.
• All SAG has been consistently conducted quarterly meeting
• Each SAG activity plan is monitored and followed up
