Safety Workshop

Safety Workshop was first initiated by the Director of Engineering (DE) and implemented in early 2010. In its development, in the year of 2011 with the intention that the results of the workshop is more comprehensive, Safety Workshop made concurrently with the Reliability Workshop then called Safety & Reliability Workshop. Safety & Reliability Workshop held twice a year in January and July.

Especially for Safety Workshop, the focus of the discussion is about "human factor". Therefore the material taken from the results of MEDA process (Maintenance Error decition Aid) where the focus is the top five contributing factors. In addition, the materials were also taken from the human factor issues that are hot going.

Safety Workshop participants generally are personnel of the Quality Assurance Unit, Learning Centre Unit, Human Resource Development Unit and representatives from the production unit.

Results of Safety Workshop is a form of recommendations aimed to eliminate or at least reduce the problem of human factor issues. It is expected that the results of the Safety Workshop will enhance the knowledge, safety awareness and comfort in working.
