Best Internal Occurrance Report Awards Semester I 2012

Best IOR (Internal Occurence Report) awards was given to our employees who has been reported significant hazards around their workplace that could be dangerous to other personnel during work and also could give poor quality to their works. We have 3 winners each semester selected by Quality Assurance & Safety Board and will be announced during Quality System Management Review & Safety Management Review. The winners will received interesting prize for their effort in order reporting hazards.
