Consistency of GMF in Conducting Safety Engagement
- July 2023

One of the implementations of the Safety & Quality Policy at GMF, the Safety Inspection unit consistently conducts safety engagement every month with the aim of maintaining a safety-positive culture. During the period of January to July 2023, GMF has conducted safety engagement in several departments, including TU, TV, TC, TD, TE, TB, TH, and TJ. In collaboration with SAG, safety inspection will select the most proactive personnel and show appreciation to them for being role models in implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS) in their respective areas.

GMF highly appreciated the personnel who stopped operating the aircraft due to observing stuck kites in the aircraft's wing area. The personnel decides to report it to the cockpit crew through hand signals, resulting in the aircraft returning to the gate for inspection and ensuring its airworthiness.

GMF will not cease to continuously commit to motivating and appreciating all personnel to always implement and care for safety and quality in the workplace. GMF will become an inseparable part of maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft, especially in Indonesia.[TQY]
