Safety Inspection again conduct a Safety Culture Survey in the 2023 period. The survey took place from the beginning of July to the end of August 2023 and was attended by 12 production and support stakeholder offices at GMF. The enthusiasm of employees and structural staff can be seen from the participation of all parties, as many as more than 2400 respondents have participated in the survey and provided criticism and suggestions regarding safety aspects in the work area.

Oversight of safety aspects in the work environment includes the level of concern among co-workers, employee commitment to safety management and priority, evaluation of safety performance, management attitudes, providing safety training, safety information, unsafe situations, disclosure of potential hazards, actions when events/accidents occur, learning responses, safety behaviors, and safety culture of management and employees. Referring to the European Commercial Safety Team (ECAST), this Safety Culture Survey has fulfilled the dimensions of measuring the characteristics of safety culture as follows; Commitment, Fairness, Information, Awareness, Adaptation and Behavior.

In general, this Safety Culture Survey was carried out with the aim of knowing the behavior, concern, actual situation also culture of GMF personnel towards safety. The results obtained through this survey will serve as evaluation material and a basis for improving the safety aspects of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk in the future.[TQY]
