The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) has finished carrying out the Surveillance agenda at GMF AeroAsia in order to renew the AMO 145 GMF certificate with CASA number 145.0105. The surveillance carried out by Jonathan LePoidevin as Airwothiness Inspector and Lloyd Mais as Safety Inspector on 27 to 30 September 2022 at the Denpasar (DPS) Line Maintenance station and the Cengkareng (CGK) area. While on this surveillance agenda, the scope of Surveillance includes Data and Documents, Maintenance Activity, Tooling and Equipment and a Safety Management System specifically for Safety Assurance items.

In general, the CASA Auditor expressed his satisfaction with the condition of GMF and appreciation to all units that have participated and contributed to the success of this Surveillance agenda. However, the Inspector said there were several things that needed attention and improvement from GMF. Details regarding the findings and highlight issues during Surveillance will be submitted by the Inspector in the Surveillance Report which will be submitted soon.
