Safety engagement is a monthly activity that is carried out by the Safety Inspection unit that cooperates with related SAG in selecting the most proactive person who implemented the hazard identification process, then the selected person will be rewarded by Quality Assurance & Safety Department.

The safety engagement agenda was attended by the SAG Chairman and structural management in related department followed by maintenance personnel. In this part, every level can be involved and witness the rewarding process. It is hoped that this agenda can motivate all personnel to implement safety in the workplace. Having high level safety awareness when perform the task is very important to support the quality of work and avoiding the potential hazard that may cause incidents/accidents.

In addition to safety inspection team, the internally each SAG has also carried out rewarding program for personnel who are actively involved in the process of SAG activities, some examples: SAG TC, SAG TL-CGK and SAG TV. This has a positive impact in company that the spirit of implementing safety can be conducted in all areas without exception.
