PT GMF AeroAsia, Tbk held a second semester Quality Management System Review (QSMR) and Safety Management Review (SMR) with the theme "Return to Basics" at the Hangar 4 Auditorium, on February 20th, 2020. This event aims to review issues related to Safety & Quality, Previous QSMR Follow-Up / Actions, Product Quality Performance, Safety Management Review, Customer Feedback and Improvement and Development Programs, which were attended by the GMF Board of Directors, all Vice Presidents, General Managers and representative of the Safety Action Group. |
Tazar Marta Kurniawan as President Director and also as Accountable Manager, conveyed the need to emphasize the important role of leaders to be directly involved in giving direction while in the field. They are expected to share their experiences with other employees. This event is a mandatory activity that is carried out twice a year and as a commitment to improve aspects of safety and quality of service to customers. [TQY]
