As part of its commitment to implementing an information culture that is also part of the safety culture, GMF Aeroasia Safety Action Group (SAG) held a 'SAG Monthly Activity Review' (SMAR) on Monday, February 24th, 2020 at the Hangar 4 Auditorium. On this occasion, SAG Narrow body Base Maintenance (TJ), which is the Best SAG in 2019, hosted the February 2020 SMAR.
The event was attended by 15 SAG at Cengkareng Station and 1 SAG Outstation from Sulawesi & East (SAG TFM). The material presented is related to the main issues including Incidents & Accidents that occur. Such as MEDA and General Investigation Follow-Up, Follow-Up Surveillance, Achieving IOR, HIRAM, MLOSA, Safety Risk Management Analysis.

"The SMAR agenda is a forum for coordination between SAGs related to the needs of each department to support safety. The results of this meeting will be controlled until the follow-up is fulfilled," said Ozzysta Ayudya Pramadi as Senior Quality System Engineer. In addition, SMAR must be a concern for all SAG and PDCA in each area. Starting in 2020, Poor Quality Costs (CoPQ) in each SAG must be reported. It has been stated in the SAG 2020 Activity Plan, which is a mandatory activity plan that must be carried out. [TQY]
