GMF won the Zero Accident Award 2019

PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk won the Zero Accident Award from the Banten Provincial Government. The award was handed over directed by The Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Banten Provinces, Al Hamidi to Joko Purnomo as VP of Corporate Affairs GMF AeroAsia on February 28, 2019 at the Banten Governor's Hall. In this event, GMF was included in the category of "Large Companies" which managed to record 28,470,453 hours of work without accidents in 2018.

GMF became one of 121 companies that received zero work accident accolades. In addition, the GMF also won the award of the Best Occupational Safety and Health(OSH) Committee at Banten Province. The consistency of GMF in reporting OSH activities to the Banten Provincial Government every three months is one of the indicators as the best Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee. GMF is one of 180 companies that received Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)Committee awards.   According to The Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Banten Provinces, Al Hamidi, this award is the annual routine of the Banten Provincial Government. The award is a form of attention of the provincial government to companies that are committed to improving welfare for workers, including protection of their safety and health.  

While GMF President Director Iwan Joeniarto said, this achievement is expected to motivate the GMF to continue to maintain and implement the OSH aspects in daily life. "We must be sensitive not only on how our OSH culture is carried out, but also the extent to which the OSH was implemented." he said.[TQY]
