On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at the Samosir room, Hangar 4, a joint commitment was signed for the implementation of MLOSA in the Business & Base Operation directorate (DB) and in the Line Operation directorate (DL). The activity is a form of responsibility and commitment from GMF directors and top management in each related department to prevent errors from occuring that lead to injuries, equipment /aircraft damage, airline process failure and other events. which is carried out by the trained observer on maintenance tasks carried out by colleagues (peer observation). With the increasing frequency of MLOSA implementation at GMF, it is expected to reduce the incidence / accident rate to a minimum. [TQY]
